On 18-19-20 December 2014, Koç University hosted Istanbul Development Agency’s "Project Writing and Implementation (Project Cycle Management) Training".
Covered topics were: The Concept of ‘Project’ and PCM; Logical Framework Approach in Planning; Situation Analysis (Problem, Target, Strategy and Stakeholder Analysis); themes related to the formulation of a Logical Framework Matrix; Vertical Logic (Relation between General Objectives, Project Objectives, Outputs, Actions); Risk Analysis; Assessment of Application Guides; ISTKA Proposal Forms and Support Documents.
